The moment I came to NOVEL I felt welcome. The generosity of the staff and residents is unmatched. Everyone I have interacted with have been genuine and nice. NOVEL and the event staff, Helen and Chris, put on 4-5 events a month to gather the community in fellowship. I have met so many lovely individuals at the events which allowed me to gain friendships. Moving from a different state knowing no one was a risk, but my new friends have shown me around Charlotte and allowed me to feel acclimated. The property staff are great communicators making sure I have everything for my apartment that I need. The apartments are pet friendly! I would highly recommend renting an apartment at NOVEL.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. The leasing staff and the Maintenance team are so responsive and make me feel at ease, the secured fob entry makes me feel more secure and the amenities are a 10/10. If you want to find a community that feels like home and not just another apartment I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOVEL MALLARD CREEK.
